You're invited to our 2025 Open House for an opportunity to ask questions and get in-person support from members of Developmental Pathways (DP) Case Management leadership.


Who should attend?
Members, families, and caregivers

Please note: This event is not intended for providers, but they are welcome to attend if they are doing so to support a member. Our next quarterly provider meeting will be held on Sept. 11. Click here to learn more.


What to expect:

  • Meet with case management leaders

  • Get help with services and recent system changes

  • Learn about new programs like:

  • Community First Choice (CFC): A new program for accessing certain waiver services. Click here to learn more.

  • Supports Intensity Scale (SIS): This tool was retired on July 1, 2025. A temporary tool is now in use. Click here to learn more.

Thank you to everyone who joined our recent virtual Town Hall on July 10, 2025! If you couldn’t make it, you can watch the recording above.

This town hall focused on:

  • CFC (Community First Choice): A new program within the state plan that has functional eligibility element. Specific waiver services will be accessed through CFC.

  • SIS (Supports Intensity Scale): A tool used to determine support levels for various waiver services. The SIS was decommissioned on July 1, 2025. An interim tool will be available until the new tool is finalized.
