The Home Builders Foundation (HBF) is accepting applications for their annual Wheelchair Ramp Blitz. They will be building 2-4 ramps per month from May – October at no cost. They are accepting applications from anyone living in the following counties:  Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, and Jefferson.

Who would be a good candidate for this?

  • Individuals in services who don’t have access to Home Modification waiver funding.

    • DD

    • FSSP

    • Community Engagement

    • Individuals currently in the Intake/Enrollment Process

  • Individuals who have access to Home Mod funding and either met their cap or who need to use their funding for a different project (CES, SLS, EBD, BI, CIH, CMHS)

  • Your friends, parents, neighbors
