Celebrating Birthday Buddies January- March. Birthday Buddies brings children together to celebrate one another in supportive and sensory-friendly environment. Each child gets to celebrate their birthday and paired with a “birthday buddy” — a peer who helps make the day extra special through shared activities, kindness, and friendship.
Ages: 4–9
Feb. 21st from 1-3pm at Monkey Bizness Parker
Registration: $5 per person Please purchase tickets per person (For Example: if there's 2 parents, 2 siblings, and 1 birthday buddy= 5 tickets) This includes juice, water, pizza slices and cupcakes (dairy and gluten free options). Families are allowed to bring preferred snacks and drinks. Other alternative options available at Monkey Bizness.
Gift Exchange: Bring a small gift (up to $25). You will be partnered with a birthday buddy to exchange gifts.
Capacity: Limited to 16 children to maintain a comfortable and neuroaffirming space
Who Can Attend: Immediate family members only (parents and siblings), to ensure a comfortable, neuroaffirming environment and allow space for all participants.
Families can enjoy simple games, party fun, and meaningful connections without the overwhelm of traditional birthday parties. Join us for a fun and inclusive birthday celebration designed especially for autistic children and their families!
What to expect at a Birthday Buddies Party: Lower lights and sounds, Limited capacity to help prevent overcrowdedness, Quiet areas, Supervised play area
