Our Social Security representation assists with all aspects of the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) applications from gathering the information, completing form with the client, submitting the application and evidence to the SSA, and explaining the process and post-decision process to the client. Benefits Counseling helps individuals understand how income affects their state and federal benefits, their respective reporting duties, maximizes income by helping apply for SSI/SSDI work incentives, and shows how earning income through work will lead to greater financial independence than only receiving SSI/SSDI or other government benefits.
