Aurora’s ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan Update. The city of Aurora has embarked on a journey to make our city a model of accessibility for individuals with disabilities living, working and playing in our community, and we need your help! Please fill out our brief survey by October 15th, 2026.
As we move through this multi-year, multi-phase project, you are our best resource in identifying gaps and prioritizing accessibility improvements throughout the city. The current phase of the project involves self-evaluations for emergency services, city-owned facilities, parks and other recreation spaces, and public input is a vital part of each phase of the plan.
