CDOO is looking for people to join focus groups and share what it has been like getting the services and supports they need, and how to make them better. One-hour focus groups will be offered online and in-person at locations in Colorado. Participants will receive a $50 electronic gift card as a thank-you for their time and expertise.

Your feedback will help shape Colorado's Olmstead Plan, which outlines how people with disabilities can live, work, and receive services in their communities.
If you are interested in participating, complete a brief online questionnaire and tell CDOO whether you would prefer to participate online or in-person, and they will contact you if they are able to match you with a focus group. Focus groups will last approximately one hour.
