This training program will benefit individuals: exploring a career in human services, wanting to improve their human services job skills, seeking a promotion in the human services field, wanting to learn together with an individual they currently support.

The training covers a broad range of subject areas while remaining 100% dedicated to the field of intellectual disabilities, with modules on subjects such as Active Support, Person-Centered Approaches, Thinking and Planning, Challenging Behavior and Supported Employment just to name a few.
