New Study: Re-Imagining Housing and Support Options for Individuals with I/DD who have High Support Needs
Based on past Colorado data and anecdotal evidence, there are gaps in provision of support services and residential options for adults with I/DD who have high support needs. Click here for more information on this study and how to participate.
Goals of this proposed study include:
1) Understand preferences and create several concept plans for residential solutions.
2) Present concept plans to service providers and housing professionals for feedback on tools needed to meet demand.
3) Offer policy recommendations to address barriers and disparities identified.
Materials online for participation through 5/8 with focus groups held 4/22 and 4/23.
