At Charlie Health, we believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality, compassionate mental health care regardless of ability, identity, or background. Our virtual intensive outpatient program is designed for individuals who need more than once-weekly therapy, combining group, individual, and (optional) family therapy in a flexible format that accommodates different access needs.

We intentionally build community by thoughtfully matching participants in group sessions based on shared lived experience. We are committed to creating a space where all individuals aged 8-64 feel seen, respected, and support.
