Medicaid provides a free tablet, cellular service, and any necessary equipment—but the most valuable part is a direct connection to the care team. In this session, Journey of Care will explain what Remote Support looks like in everyday life, how it complements in-person care, and how families and providers can request the benefit through a member’s case-management team.
