This class is designed to help adolescents and their caregivers learn about the impact of trauma on development and decision making, how to identify trauma and survival-based behaviors, and to develop strategies to address behaviors in a way that is sustainable and supports positive development.  

TBRI (R)- Trust Based Relational Intervention Practitioners will present the three-hour course and provide practical resources for both adolescents and their parents.  TBRI focuses on an attachment-based approach to meet the needs of individuals who have experienced trauma.  
The class offered once a month on Tuesday evening from 6-9 p.m. at the Douglas County Human Services Conference Center (please park in the back of the building to access the Conference Center) and is free to any family.  You are welcome to bring food and drinks and class materials will be provided.
